Printing Personal Items At Work

Printing Personal Items At Work

200-300-1

Job Hunting

Shockingly, a sneaky 20% are using their office printers to
fuel their job-seeking efforts. Whilst some opt to print their application for
a new job on their current company’s dime, a quarter have printed their CV and
13% have printed tasks for an upcoming interview!

Jet Setting

Over a quarter also admitted to organising their holidays
and weekend plans on a work printer. 27% are printing boarding passes for
flights, whilst 21% are getting their train tickets at work. And on returning
from their jollies? 15% even dare to print their photos at work!

We also appear to be very cavalier with the amount of
personal printing we do, with many people stating that they print “whatever
they can get away with” as well as “anything personal without asking first”.

Use an Honesty Box!

Viking wants to see the end of ‘danger printing’. That’s why
we’ve created the opportunity to make a real, positive change in your office. Get
your colleagues in the fund-raising spirit by downloading our Honesty Box!

Print the document onto A3 paper and follow our folding
instructions to construct your very own Honesty Box

Place this next to your office printer and each time you print
off a CV or train tickets, pop in a donation – you could have a set fee for the
number of pages you print, or a free donation system.

You’ll never feel guilty grabbing your train tickets while
at work again, just make a donation in your Honesty Box each time you do, and
before long, the whole office will be raising some serious cash!
